Painful experience

Customer support is basically a joke-why?? Because they outsource and then the answesr that you get all seem to come from a list of "stock answers". Their billing dept. is simply behind the times-need to catch up.

Account trouble

I was a customer for well over 3 years. They said that I violated one of the "terms and conditions" so the account gets suspended-like it is nothing! I was happy with the price and all but suddenly I am in violation and my site is just gone! That is crazy.

Too much difficulty

Some things are simple and they should not be complicated-such as getting an answer to a question. When I needed something from archives, it was tough, when I needed to do a basic file extraction, more issues…

I need to get organized and move on from these guys. Just the basics-like getting something from archives or doing a file extraction seems impossible. That is simple stuff too! I appreciate the nice manners when dealing with actual people but the issues are too much.

performance issues

My problem with this host is performance. I have been sending regular tickets due to slow server response. I don't feel that they even actually look at everything i write on the tickets because it looks like a rote answer each time. Unless they don't actually know that my site is slow because when they look at it it comes up fine. The fact is there are too many sites on one server and it will not speed up antil that gets changed.

no 24 hr support!

You would think that with 24 hour support, it would be possible to get things fixed or at least adressed quickly. The general consensus is that a cheap web host is not going to have the support staff to get back to people quickly. If this is really so, then they should not advertise that the support is always available.

Sticking With them

These folks are doing a good job, pretty professional in their communications and they are fairly quick to rectify issues that I have had. No one is perfect there are problems on occasion but nothing big.
