my experience was so bad that i actually had to make a statement. I would not recommend this host, even to someone that i don't like. Servers are always overloaded and therefore superslow. support is not at all decent.

If I need help then I need to be able to effectively communicate trhe need. Before in the past 5 yers I had been happier with them. I have a lot of trouble with hackers now and the protection that I thought I had is not sufficient. I am supposed to have a personal support team, so to speak-but they never exactly respond to the questions that I have.
